The Primas Group was founded in 1994 as a consulting group by management with decades in the telecommunications industry. Our primary goal was then, and still is, to deliver state-of-the-art call center solutions that meet our customer’s needs, regardless of their operating environment.
Our initial success came in the call center design domain, but quickly evolved to include complex implementations that required specialized integration and application development skills to meet our customer’s growing needs for call center cross domain capabilities.
Our current areas of expertise include: cross platform system integration,
custom IVR and CTI programming; call center design, consulting, and system
installation services, as well as varied products to optimize call center
efficiencies.
