Deployment

 Updating and organizing many prompts can be very time consuming when this task is executed manually.

By providing a single console that facilitates deployment between Unix and Windows operating systems, Primas iTools assists administrators in managing and deploying prompts to single or multiple telephony servers.

With iTools multiple prompts may be deployed to a single Telephony Server or to all at the same time, thus saving repetitive operations. Additionally, prompts are automatically backed up according to the system date and time, so they can be easily identified. These backups are created for the automated regression that is also another function available through iTools console.

Regression

During each prompt deployment operation, iTools first takes a backup before updating the target prompt. From these backups iTools can recall all the prompts that were updated from every deployment operation. These archives are date and time stamped allowing the user to easily see exactly when these prompts were backed up. So you may regress to any point in time that you already have backups for, to seamlessly restore a prompt.
